To our neighbors, friends, and fellow Tennesseans,

There’s a lot of noise right now—about the economy, about inflation, about tariffs. And if you’re anything like us, you’re probably wondering what it means for your business, your land, or even just your weekend projects.

Here’s the truth: prices are going up.
New tariffs on foreign steel, diesel engines, and imported machinery parts are already rolling out, and they’re going to hit both dealers and customers in the months ahead.

But instead of waiting around to “adjust” later, we’re acting now.

Here’s What We’re Doing to Stay Ahead—For You:

1. We’re Doubling Down on American-Made
We’ve always preferred to carry equipment from brands that build here—Yanmar (Adairsville, GA), Gravely (Brillion, WI), Spartan (Batesville, AR), and others that invest back into our economy.
These choices don’t just support American jobs—they also help us avoid the biggest price hikes from international tariffs.

2. Expanding Our Rentals to Be More Accessible
We’re adding more small equipment, DIY tools, and landscaping gear so you can get through your project without the upfront investment.
Whether you’re running a full crew or just knocking out your weekend list—our rental options are built to bridge the gap.

3. Introducing the Harris Equipment Exchange
Times are tight, so we’re giving you more flexibility. Need to downsize? We’ll buy your machine.
Want to upgrade? Let’s talk trade-in. Just want to sell without the hassle? We’ll consign it for you.

4. Launching Our Mobile Service Department
Because when things break down (and they always do), we’ll be ready to come to you.
Our new HTC On-Site team is built around the idea that time, fuel, and manpower all matter—so let us do the driving.

What This All Boils Down To:

We’re not here to pressure you into a big purchase.
We’re here to make sure you still have options.

In a time where national chains are raising prices and tightening policies, we’re holding steady—because we’re not just a business. We’re your neighbors.

And while we can’t control the world stage, we can control how we show up for our community.

If you need help—whether it’s a part, a repair, or just someone to talk to who gets it—we’re here.
